To sign the contract, we require an employment contract (or a guarantee, e.g., in the case of students).

The apartment is available from September 4, 2026.

Equipment: The studio is equipped with a sofa, a wardrobe, shelves, a table with chairs, a chest of drawers, a bookcase, and kitchen cabinets. Additionally, there is a mezzanine with a large mattress and a clothes rack.

Bathroom and toilet: The bathroom is equipped with a sink, shower, washing machine, and toilet.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, electric stove, and electric kettle.

Household appliances: on your own.

Heating: district heating included in the rental price

Internet: included in the price

TV: on your own

Floor: 2nd

Parking: in the paid parking zone

Price: 1750 PLN rent + approx. 400 PLN administrative fees + approx. 150 PLN utilities = approx. 2300 PLN

One-time security deposit, non-payable in installments, in the amount of 2500 PLN.

Throughout the entire lease period, the apartment and the tenants are under our care. Our team provides ongoing technical and administrative support. In case of unforeseen situations, you are not left alone with the problem!

We do not reserve apartments.
